Add the Glyphosate TC, Ammonium Hydrogen Carbonate, Ammonium Sulfate and Adjuvant into the mixer and mix them evenly. After the mixture is homogeneous, turn on the kneader heating device and knead at about 50°C for 1~2 hours. The specific kneading time and temperature should be adjusted according to the different technical and adjuvants, so as to ensure that the discharge can be controlled at the appropriate humidity for the subsequent granulation.

If there is no heating device, the product shall be bagged and stored at room temperature for about 7-10 days (adjusted with temperature changes). Take the sample and test its water solubility. If it can be completely dissolved in water, it indicates that the reaction is complete. Then the reacted materials can be poured into the granulator for granulation.

The reacted materials are subject to subsequent procedures such as granulation and drying. The drying temperature of the fluidized bed is adjusted according to the residence time and the moisture content of the discharged materials. The dried and screened finished products can be packaged after passing the inspection.
