2. Manufacturing Process

① Charging: first add water, defoamer, colourant and adjuvant into the reactor, start the mixing, and then add the Paraquat TK, mixing evenly, and continue to stir for 30min-1h；

③ Test: take a small sample to observe that the preparation is clear and transparent, and then measure the indicators. Follow up operations can be carried out after the indicators are qualified。

3. Attention：

l  Colourant and defoamer should be added according to the guidance dosage. Excessive use will affect the viscosity or transparency of the preparation. Please pay attention to the experimental verification.

l Fluctuations in the quality of paraquat TK (PH, salt content, etc.) will affect the viscosity of the preparation. Pay attention to monitoring the PH value of paraquat TK. Adjust the viscosity by fine-tuning the dosage of preparation PH or adjuvant.
